An unforgettable night with world renowned pianist İdil Biret's concert with the “Steinway & Sons" brand piano gained from the campaign "YOU DO HAVE A KEY"!

The concert took place at the Atatürk Congress Culture Center (Merinos ACCM) was organised under the initiative of the Bursa Philharmonic Society with the contributions of the Municipality of Bursa. This magnificent event had great interest of music lovers.

President of the Bursa Philharmonic Society (BPS) Ömer Kızıl had the opening speech of the evening stating that they started the "YOU DO HAVE A KEY " campaign a year ago with the help of world famous artist İdil Biret the local Bursa community, they succeeded in acquiring the Steinway & Sons branded grand concert piano. He proceeded his speech stating that the piano’s worth is 270.000 TRY that “this prestigious piano will be used in BRSSO concerts from this day forth”. President of the BPA Ömer Kızıl expressed his gratitude to the Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Recep Altepe Merinos ACCM General Coordinator Semih Pala for being appointed to the Merinos Atatürk Congress Culture Center for this season's concert events, stating that Bursa is worthy of this modern art culture complex with high acoustic standards.

World renowned National Artist İdil Biret took stage with a storm of applause from the audience. The soloist showcased her exquisite musical talent with the Steinway & Sons brand piano attained from the "It's Your Key Too" campaign that was organised by the Bursa Philharmonic Association. 

Pianist İdil Biret's interpretation of Beethoven's 5th Symphony was accompanied by the BRSSO. After the first part of the program, President of the BPA Ömer Kızıl gave the artist flowers his special thanks for her support outstanding performance. In the second part of the program the orchestra performed Beethoven's 7th Symphony interpreted by conductor Ender Sakpınar.
